From Hollywood to Hawaii
Before establishing himself as a professional photographer in Hawaii, Graham worked extensively within the motion picture advertising industry, serving as an Art Director and campaign creator for some of the world’s most recognized entertainment studios.
His work has included projects associated with Universal Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Walt Disney, Paramount, MGM, Miramax, and other major entertainment companies.
As an art director, Graham was involved in creating the visual campaigns surrounding major motion pictures — developing movie posters, billboards, advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and visual advertising used around the world.
Working at this level taught Graham something that continues to define his photography today: an image has to do more than look beautiful — it has to communicate something.
